YOUTH DRIVEN APPRENTICE PROGRAM OPENING THE DOORWAY FOR OPPORTUNITY IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY
We take pride in Spotlight our in house youth apprentice program where we connect students ages 18 - 25 interested in working live events and a career in audio visual / tech. We give them 90 days of live events to work and some training combined with great newly formed friendships and resources to use throughout their career. Altogether a great in the field learning experience for those wanting to get into the audio visual technician industry. We've opened the door to new career paths for many. We hope to be able to continue to connect and excel those who find the need and passion to create unforgettable live experiences for people so they can truly enjoy the moment.
